We LOVE Yorkies! We breed the most adorable, sweet, and healthy Yorkies in Texas. Our breeding program is a hobby, not a business. We strive for healthy well adjusted puppies for those desiring that perfect pet or who wish to breed themselves.
: While the tiniest Yorkies often command the highest prices, we adhere strictly to the breeding standards of the AKC and the Yorkshire Club of America, and we only breed for puppies that will weigh at least four pounds as an adult. Under this weight, there is a high risk of severe health problems, injury, and premature death. Some unscrupulous breeders will breed for the smallest "teacup" size because they know that many unknowledgeable buyers will pay top dollar for them. As we said, we love Yorkies, and we don't want to subject any puppy to that fate.

Even a four or five pound Yorkie is quite small, and consideration should be given to ensure that their new environment is completely safe and conducive to a good health and temperament. Young children should be supervised and taught proper care and treatment when handling small pets. We do not recommend Yorkies for households with children under six years of age. Young Yorkies can be chewers, so it is important to keep any toxic materials and electrical cords out of their reach.
: Our adult Yorkies and their puppies live with us in our home, not a kennel where they receive little or no socialization with humans or other pets. We will not let any or our puppies go until it is at least 12 weeks of age, has received all of its vaccinations, including Rabies, and has demonstrated an adequate level of adjustment to home life with our family and visitors.; Our puppies are kept immaculately clean and are bathed and groomed regularly. This makes all the difference in their ability to become fully potty trained. We give our puppies a daily dose of Vita-Cal - a vitamin supplement that also reduces the risk of hypoglycemic shock syndrome, common with young Yorkies.
: We offer a puppy replacement health guarantee which covers any congenital defect that adversely affects quality of life or ability to breed found within the first year, or illness diagnosed within the first week, as determined by two qualified veterinarians.
